Industry Blueprints
What a 90-day governed AI pilot looks like in your sector.
These are modelled pilots, not case studies. Each one takes a typical organisation in the sector, the documents and processes it actually has, and lays out what would be deployed, under which rules, in what order, at what price band. The inputs are stated on every page so you can test them against your own numbers.
Most AI conversations in a boardroom stall at the same point: "What would it actually do for us, and what would it cost?" A vendor deck does not answer that. A blueprint does. Pick your sector below. Each page gives you a plan you could hand to your CFO, your compliance head and your IT lead on the same afternoon, and they would each find their part of it.
How the blueprints are built
Every pilot starts with three documents and two processes the sector already has. Nothing has to be created to begin.
The rules come before the AI. Access, retention and approvals are written in the first fortnight, and the AI runs inside them.
Day 90 ends with something a board can see: a question answered with its source, a process done before 9 am, and an audit trail that doubles as compliance evidence.
